Responsible for working with internal departments, field technicians, and customers to resolve open DSL (internet) trouble tickets or T1 trouble tickets via calls in ACD queue or work log

·              Placed orders with telecom vendors disconnect existing T1’s, DS3’s OC48’s and OC192 circuits.

Transport Network Engineering Provisioner Verizon Wireless 2010-2012 (2 Years 6 Months) Contractor                                                                     

Orchestrate the planning, requisitioning, monitoring, and installation and disconnection of DS1 (T1), DS3 (T3) circuits as well as ordering Ethernet Backhaul (EBH)

 

·              Conferred and teamed with network engineers and site technicians to ensure timely ordering and provisioning of circuits

·              Convey vital information to engineers and Switch Techs, remedying issues
